Pastured Pork
Our pork comes from heritage-breed pigs, a mix of Ossabaw, Guinea Hog, and Red Wattle. Our pigs are born here on the farm and raised on pasture their whole lives. They rotate regularly through several fields where they forage, root, and mud-bathe to their hearts’ content. They eat high-quality feed, kitchen scraps, spent brewer’s grain from a local brewery, and crops grown in our gardens.
