Egyptian Walking Onion

This is the easiest kind of onion you can grow! Prolific, no-maintenance plants reproduce indefinitely! Cut the green onions in spring and fall, harvest the shallot-sized bulbs in late summer, or wait for the top sets to form in the fall and use them as tiny pearl onions. After sets form, the stalks flop over and re-plant themselves (thus the term "walking onions"). Regeneratively grown in homemade compost and wood-chip mulch. Chemical-free: we only spray your plants with water!
