Pastured Lamb/Mutton

We raise pastured hair sheep, known for their rich, flavorful, and non-gamey meat. Our lambs spend their whole lives on pasture, rotating through our fields and eating a variety of native grasses and shrub plants. 

Grass-fed lamb/mutton is one of the most nutritious meats you can eat, with the healthiest ratio of Omega-3 to Omega-6 fatty acids of any land animal ~ earning it the nickname “land salmon”.
