Welcome to olson MEadows!
We are a small family farm in Rock Hill, SC.
We believe that how we eat is integral to how we live, and that food should build community. There are few joys greater than that of a feast with loved ones around a richly laden table, and we are pleased to help provide this for our customers.
We produce pastured lamb from hair sheep, pastured pork from heritage-breed pigs, and pastured eggs from our motley crew of chickens and ducks.

Nice to meet you!
We are Charles and Rebekah Olson, the second of three generations living on our family farm.
After getting married in 2018, we began transitioning it from a hobby farm to a business. As our family grows, we continue to operate as a multi-generational homestead.
Our vision is to cultivate abundance in a thriving, self-sustaining ecosystem where plants and animals depend on and support each other.
